Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s with ~8–12 years diagnostic or pharma experience.
• 2–5+ years of MSL or related medical affairs experience.
• Experience in engaging KOLs and delivering scientific presentations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to operate independently and manage territory priorities.
• Willingness to travel up to ~60%.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs across academic and community settings.
• Engage KOLs in scientific dialogue to deepen understanding of Guardant Health technologies and products.
• Support broader adoption by engaging health system leaders.
• Develop, refine, and present scientific content to external audiences.
• Lead presentations at regional meetings, CME events, and scientific forums.
• Ensure accuracy and alignment of scientific communications with company strategy.
• Provide field insights to inform strategy and cross‑functional teams.
• Support advisory boards and scientific forums; identify potential collaborations.
