Kite Pharma, Inc. is seeking a Sr Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to join our field-based Medical Affairs team.

You will identify, develop, and manage relationships with hematology/oncology thought leaders and health care providers, shaping the healthcare environment for CAR-T therapies in academic and community practices. You will travel 50-70% within the territory, primarily NJ with occasional trips to Delaware.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in a relevant field with healthcare/biotech exposure.
• Experience in biotech/pharma, healthcare, or academia preferred.
• Strong scientific and medical knowledge with ability to discuss complex data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Engage in peer-to-peer scientific exchange across portfolio indications.
• Develop relationships with thought leaders and healthcare providers within territory.
• Support clinical trials and evidence generation activities.
• Deliver clinical/scientific presentations to groups and internal teams.
• Provide feedback to internal teams from HCP interactions.
• Assist at professional meetings and advisory boards as needed.
