Qualifications

• Associates or higher degree required or preferred.
• Proficiency in computer software and database management (e.g. Excel).
• Experience with medical database research is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise collection of Patient Reported Outcome Instruments across department.
• Assist in contacting patients to increase participation when needed.
• Supervise submission of data to national registries.
• Assist faculty and residents in accessing data for quality assessment, improvement projects, as well as research projects.
• Meet with division representatives to assess needs, report performance, and develop strategies to improve performance.
• Meet weekly with Dr. Lebwohl or other faculty supervisor to review project status.
