Job summary

You will partner with Medical leaders, drive milestone tracking, risk signaling, budget visibility, and structured escalation, while mentoring PMO talent and advancing data-enabled execution aligned to GCM principles.

Qualifications

• 10-12+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or other regulated environments.
• Proven leadership of complex global programs at the asset level.
• PMO certifications preferred (PMP, Agile, change management) or comparable credentials.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution management for complex Medical programs (asset level) with integrated plans and escalation pathways.
• Partner with Medical leaders to translate priorities into actionable, sequenced execution plans with clear accountabilities.
• Provide program-level visibility by synthesizing milestones, risks, dependencies, and budget implications for leadership updates.
• Drive governance and decision-making, surfacing trade-offs and aligning stakeholders for timely decisions.
• Lead management of complex risks and issues, coordinating resolution across functions and escalating as needed.
