Solution One Industries seeks a Logistics Analyst IV to provide senior-level medical logistics support for AMLC, FPD, APS, UDP, MMRP, and related programs. You will guide junior personnel, develop plans for production, distribution, and readiness, and ensure compliance with DoD regulations while coordinating with government stakeholders.

The role emphasizes analytical leadership, program coordination, and strategic planning within a DoD medical logistics context at Fort Detrick, MD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum eight (8) years of progressively responsible logistics experience.
• Experience supporting DoD, Army, medical logistics, supply chain management, or contingency operations.
• Demonstrated knowledge of medical logistics and readiness reporting.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Analyze and develop logistics plans impacting production, distribution, storage, transportation, and inventory management activities.
• Evaluate logistics processes and recommend improvements for readiness and cost efficiency.
• Develop sustainment strategies for Army medical readiness and force projection requirements.
• Perform analytical assessments and provide recommendations to Government leadership.
• Support readiness planning for contingency operations, exercises, and surge requirements.
