• 3 years of MLT experience in accredited lab or substitution with Bachelor’s Degree.
• MLT certification by ASCP or equivalent state/country certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and automated laboratory testing to support patient diagnosis and treatment.
• Maintain quality control, record results, and report abnormal values to supervisors.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and physicians to ensure timely and accurate patient results.
• Train new staff and students; maintain instrument maintenance and safety standards.
