You will lead a multidisciplinary team, shape the program offerings, manage budgets, and collaborate with marketing, sales, and clinical stakeholders to improve adoption and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of work experience required.
• 7+ years Medical Education experience preferred.
• Medical Device experience preferred.
• 2+ years of people management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to design and manage healthcare education programs.
• Develop engagement strategies and market insights for customers.
• Collaborate with medical education, product marketing and sales training teams.
• Set direction and budget for the entire medical education program.
• Drive improvements in delivery and measure outcomes with clear metrics.
