Publicis Groupe’s CoLab is seeking a Senior Editor in New York to partner with editors and project managers to ensure error-free, accurately referenced content. The role focuses on medical/pharmaceutical advertising with AMA style, handling patient- and HCP-focused copy across print and digital channels.

No writing is required. The successful candidate will have a strong editorial background, experience with AMA style, and comfort working across client style guides.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in journalism, English, or biological sciences.
• 3-5 years of editorial experience.
• Proficiency with AMA style and medical content guidelines.
• Experience in an agency environment.
• Proficient with editorial tools and proofing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Proofread and copy edit print and digital materials including slides, websites, banners, and summaries.
• Verify data accuracy by fact checking against source documents.
• Ensure materials follow agency or client editorial style guides.
• Maintain brand style guidelines and multi-task with deadlines.
• Manage freelancers or other editors if needed.
