Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Board certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Massachusetts.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead anesthesia department at Cooley Dickinson Hospital.
• Staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation for ORs.
• Recruitment, mentoring anesthesiologists and CRNAs.
• Oversee quality, safety, and clinical operations.
