Job summary

Philips seeks a Sr. Project Manager (Medical Devices) to lead sustainment programs for hardware, SaMD, and connected platforms, ensuring on-time delivery, defined scope, and regulatory compliance.

This role requires strong ownership, end-to-end governance, and data-driven reporting to leadership. You will drive risk management, KPI tracking, and cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, and Post-market teams to maintain safety, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software medical device product development or program management.
• Experience with post-market surveillance, CAPA, and sustenance releases.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 13485, IEC 62304, ISO 14971 and SaMD/regulatory standards.
• Experience with connected medical devices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead sustainment programs for hardware, SaMD, and connected platforms.
• Own governance across planning, execution, and reporting to leadership.
• Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, and Post-market teams.
