Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of product design projects.
• Ensure Design Control processes are followed per procedures.
• Scope, resource, and communicate complex, high‑value projects to minimize risk, deliver on-time and on-budget.
• Develop and monitor project schedules and budgets.
• Provide clear communication on project status, critical path, and risks.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Manufacturing, Marketing, Clinical Affairs, Training, Regulatory, and Quality teams.
• Provide data-driven input for prioritization and risk mitigation.
• Mentor team members and drive execution.
