Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or advanced degree) with relevant experience in technical writing or labeling.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in technical writing, labeling, or regulated documentation.
• Experience translating complex technical information into clear documentation for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, review, and maintain labeling content for medical devices (IFUs, labels, inserts).
• Partner with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, R&D, Clinical, and Marketing to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Create and manage artwork content for labeling components per design and document control processes.
• Conduct interviews to gather technical content from SMEs.
• Translate scientific and clinical content into user-friendly documentation.
• Support labeling updates due to product changes, regulatory submissions, and post-market activities.
• Participate in document reviews, change control, and approval workflows to meet release objectives.
