Job summary

Ventura Solutions seeks an experienced Senior Device Engineer to support autoinjector and combination product development. You will lead day-to-day activities, manage design control deliverables, coordinate with vendors, and ensure program objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering.
• 5–10 years of device or combination product development experience.
• Hands-on autoinjector development and commercialization experience (preferred).
• Experience with design controls and risk management.
• Strong schedule development and cross-functional coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support autoinjector and combination product development across programs.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules and Gantt charts.
• Coordinate activities with device vendors, fill-finish partners, assembly sites, and suppliers.
• Prepare and manage design control and risk management deliverables.
• Draft development and verification plans and supporting documentation.
• Manage day-to-day program execution with strategic direction from client leadership.
• Work independently on design control processes and deliverables.
• Communicate effectively across technical and cross-functional teams.
