Job summary

BioSpace is seeking a senior electrical/embedded systems engineer to lead the design of connected drug-device products. You will drive wireless integration and apply AI-assisted tools to enhance intelligence and usability of medical technologies.

The role requires deep experience in regulated electromechanical systems and adherence to IEC 60601, ISO 13485, and ISO 14971 standards across development.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years experience or MS with 8+ years in regulated electromechanical systems.
• Expertise in embedded systems, wireless protocols, and medical device regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical and electronic design of connected drug-device products and medical technologies.
• Drive the integration of wireless communication technologies and AI-assisted engineering tools to improve device intelligence and usability.
• Ensure compliance with IEC 60601 and ISO 13485/14971 standards throughout the development lifecycle.
