This local role requires deep Medicaid TPL, MMIS, COB, and Medicare awareness, with responsibilities spanning requirements, testing, and collaboration with vendors and state stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in TPL workflows, regulatory compliance, and data analysis.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in large Medicaid implementations or operations
• 6 years in TPL, COB, Medicare A/B, Part C workflows
• 6 years elicitation and verification of business and technical requirements
• 3 years SDLC and project management principles
• 3 years reviewing SDLC documentation and design artifacts
• Local to Little Rock, AR
• Undergraduate degree or 4 years relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Analyze Medicaid claims, TPL workflows, Medicare Crossovers, and recovery data to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities
• Translate federal/state TPL policies into system requirements
• Support MMIS enhancements including adjudication rules, reports, and letters
• Collaborate with vendors and state stakeholders to improve discovery and recovery processes
• Lead requirements gathering, documentation, and UAT testing
• Identify and report issues, risks, and dependencies
• Support triage, backlog management, and day-to-day TPL operations
