Responsibilities

• Lead a team of actuaries, analysts, clinicians and health policy consultants on rate-setting and actuarial projects.
• Define and manage project scope with clients; ensure rate structures comply with federal regulations and standards.
• Oversee rate-setting assumptions and model development; review data and provide guidance throughout the process.
• Mentor actuarial staff and identify growth opportunities for experienced actuaries and students.
