Job summary

Initiative in Chicago is seeking a Communications Planner to contribute to integrated planning efforts, shaping client-focused strategies and compelling campaigns. You will manage asset audits, provide audience intelligence, collaborate with media vendors, and support leaders with insights that drive planning and ideation.

This role emphasizes relationship building, presentation skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, with opportunities to impact across specialties.

Qualifications

  • Experience in an integrated planning role in media, publisher/vendor, or communications discipline (digital, content).
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
  • Required PC proficiency and solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Responsibilities
