Job summary

WPP Media is seeking a Senior Investment Associate to manage day-to-day video spend for assigned clients and lead negotiations with major vendors. You will provide market insights, track budgets and KPIs, and work with Planning teams to ensure buys align with the approved strategy.

The role involves collaborating across media, analytics and internal teams, with a hybrid work model. The base US pay range is $45,000–$90,000 and compensation varies by location and experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business administration, and communications or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of digital or video investment experience desired.
• Ability to build relationships with media, analytics and internal teams.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Integrate with Planning teams to deliver on objectives and KPIs.
• Participate in vendor RFP selection and negotiations.
• Manage budgets, pacing, and buying across assigned accounts.
• Maintain accurate documentation of negotiations, buys, and deliveries.
• Collaborate with Analytics to optimize buys and drive performance.
