Elite CEOS is hiring Pro Facebook Media Buyers (Paid Media Strategist) to join its Elite Ads Agency in a fully remote, full-time capacity. This role targets experienced advertisers with coaches/consultants background and a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape.

You will plan, coordinate and execute Facebook/Instagram campaigns, report progress to executives and clients, and continuously improve paid media strategies.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of FACEBOOK paid advertising experience.
• Must have current experience with large advertisement budgets ranging from $100/day to $5,000/day ad spend.
• Ability to think for yourself and make adjustments without being told.
• A keen eye for detail and 'knowing what the people want to see'
• Excellent grammar and an eye for errors in text.
• Confident, assertive, results-driven, self-starter, and able to self-manage and interact with a marketing team.

We have grown from $0 to $141 million in revenue in 8 years and we’re looking to expand our Elite Ads Agency (this is our DFY ads agency for internal clients).

Job Description:

Remote Position. NO AGENCIES.

We’re seeking experienced FULL TIME Media Buyers. This isn't for beginners.

You will need to have a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape and have experience working with coaches and consultants.

You will work closely with company executives and clients to plan, coordinate and execute effective Facebook/Instagram advertising campaigns.

In this role, you will:

• Be a proactive advertiser and not just a button pusher. Proactively seek out strategies to get better & better results for clients.
• This will require critical thinking and the ability to make calculated decisions on your own.
• Report multiple times daily to the Agency Director and your clients on the progress of all tasks.
• Continually develop your skills and learn best practices in paid media advertising and digital marketing.

Applicant Requirements:

• Must NOT be an agency.
• 5+ years of FACEBOOK paid advertising experience.
• Mandatory to have current experience with large advertisement budgets ranging from $100/day to $5,000/day ad spend.
• Ability to think for yourself and make adjustments without being told.
• A keen eye for detail and "knowing what the people want to see"
• Excellent grammar and an eye for errors in text.
• Confident, assertive, results-driven, self-starter, and able to self-manage and interact with a marketing team.
• Professionalism when communicating with clients.
• A welcoming workspace because you'll shoot Looms and have Zoom calls multiple times a day.
• Ability to listen and ask perceptive questions that ensure understanding of core issues, business strategy, and vision.
• Ability to work as a team and take constructive criticism.

Full Time, Remote position

Starting at $5k+ a month (more experience we will pay more)

More pay depends on:

• 1. Length of experience
• 2. Proof that you are currently running successful, high-spend ad accounts
• 3. A standard probationary period to ensure that you are an ELITE ADVERTISER - getting increasingly good results, follow-through of standard operating procedures without always being reminded, always on time to meetings, positive feedback from clients regarding your character and performance.
