Job summary

The Bungalows at Springfield East is seeking a Lead Med Tech to join their team. The role focuses on monitoring residents, leading care activities, and supervising medication administration with a focus on quality and compassionate service.

Requirements include certification as a Medication Aide and at least one year of experience with seniors or disabled individuals, plus strong leadership capabilities. Flexible weekend/evening hours are needed to meet peak service times.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Med Tech/Certified Medication Aide certification.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with elders or disabled individuals, preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Experience in Assisted Living or Dementia care preferred.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Monitor health and well-being of residents and provide leadership support in resident care and services.
• Assist with medication administration/ care and documentation.
• Communicate with resident support services and families; maintain clinical quality assurance.
• Lead wellness activities and ensure monthly PSP/ wellness visits reflect resident status.
