Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking a Senior MECM Engineer for a remote role based in Arlington, VA. The position focuses on MECM workload, OS deployment, monthly patch cycles, and automation to ensure secure, scalable device management across enterprise environments.

Candidates should have extensive MECM experience, PowerShell scripting skills, and strong collaboration with IT teams. Public Trust clearance eligibility is preferred; benefits and relocation support may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 1.5 years of additional experience can substitute for 1 year of a typical degree program.
• Minimum 10 years of experience supporting MECM roles and responsibilities.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in infrastructure/application management roles.
• Ability to obtain/maintain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the MECM console to deploy applications, software updates, and configuration baselines across the enterprise.
• Build and maintain automated Windows OS deployment (OSD) task sequences and driver packages.
• Execute monthly patching cycles and security vulnerability remediations for workstations and servers.
• Monitor and repair MECM client health and distribution point infrastructure for stability.
• Use PowerShell scripting to automate tasks and perform Tier 3 troubleshooting.
• Additional support duties including ticket remediation and process improvement.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and change control records for audit/compliance.
• Track production output, exceptions, rework, and provide progress reports.
