You’ll design tooling, end effectors, and integrated subsystems, while working with pilots and software teams to ensure robust performance and scalability in production environments.

Qualifications

• Proven multi-disciplinary mechatronics experience across hardware and software.
• Experience designing devices with diverse mechanical and electrical approaches.
• Strong problem-solving with a customer-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy robot tooling and end effectors to expand capabilities.
• Collaborate with robot pilots to optimize performance and meet metrics.
• Lead rapid design iterations: prototype, validate, learn, refine.
• Make build-vs-buy decisions for tools and peripherals with strategic value.
• Work with the engineering team to ensure compatibility with the autonomy stack.
