Job summary

Power Design, Inc. seeks a seasoned Mechanical Superintendent to lead field crews in Charlotte, NC. You will direct contracted scope production, coordinate with trades and inspectors, and drive on-time delivery with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

The role requires an active Mechanical (HVAC) or Plumbing license, OSHA 30 preferred, and at least 10 years of crew management on large projects. English proficiency and basic computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage, evaluate and train field project team members.
  • Plan, organize and direct production of contracted scope of work.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, inspectors and other trades.
  • Coordinate production and attend meetings with other trades and the general contractor.
  • Ensure installations meet quality and mechanical code standards.
  • Manage material and personnel requirements to meet schedule.
  • Adhere to company standards of quality, safety and best practices.
