R.H. White is seeking a Superintendent III for the Mechanical-Heavy Industrial Division.

The role leads field operations and technical support to safely and efficiently complete projects while maintaining profitability. With 7–10 years in leadership within underground/utility construction, you will supervise multi‑million-dollar projects, manage costs and schedules, and ensure compliance with safety standards and craft agreements.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years' experience in a leadership role in underground or utility construction is required.
• Building Superintendent license required.
• OSHA 10 Construction Certification or ability to obtain during pre-employment.
• Obtain and maintain a DOT medical card and pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid unrestricted Driver's License.
• Strong management, leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations and technical support to achieve safe, timely, and profitable project completion.
• Lead projects from planning through execution with quality and cost control.
• Coordinate with crews, subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure scheduling aligns with milestones.
• Adhere to RHW 24/7 Safety Culture and company policies.
