Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• Professional Engineer licensure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead major mechanical system evaluations, renovation solutions, and upgrades.
• Prepare technical deliverables and documentation for clients and teams.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants and contractors to ensure project success.
• Mentor junior engineers and support team growth and technical excellence.
• Contribute to proposals, thought leadership, and client-facing opportunities.
