Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proficiency in CAD-based 3D modeling, including SolidWorks.
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing and design of industrial automated equipment preferred.
• Industrial hydraulic and pneumatic experience preferred.
• Team Leadership experience.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic design activities for automation projects.
• Lead Project Team in meeting timeline and budget constraints.
• Assist in establishing project timelines and engineering resource needs.
• Support purchasing with component selection, costing, and supplier recommendations.
• Assist with equipment installation, startup, commissioning, and customer support.
• Develop and maintain engineering standards, documentation, and ISO requirements.
• Coordinate creation of operator and maintenance manuals.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Engineering, Machine Builders, Manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams.
• Present mechanical designs and technical solutions to customers.
• Mentor and support development of junior engineers; assist in performance evaluations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support the Company's RISE Strategy.
