Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 10–12+ years of facilities engineering experience in manufacturing or tech environments.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, chilled water, boilers, pumps, piping, and process utilities.
• Experience managing capital projects and commissioning.
• Knowledge of CMMS and BMS systems.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or CEM preferred.

Aufgaben

• Drive operation, maintenance, and optimization of mechanical systems for cleanroom and manufacturing environments.
• Lead planning, design, construction, and commissioning of mechanical systems for U.S. Greenfield/Brownfield projects.
• Review engineering designs, specifications, standards, and procedures for mechanical systems.
• Collaborate with global, regional, and site partners to meet project objectives.
• Provide technical guidance during design reviews, construction, and change management.
• Support capacity planning and infrastructure assessments for future manufacturing needs.
• Drive continuous improvement for system performance, energy efficiency, and total cost of ownership.
• Serve as mechanical systems authority across Bloom’s global network.
• Support facility commissioning and startup activities for new equipment and building infrastructure.
• Monitor performance metrics and utility consumption to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
• Travel up to 25% to support projects and supplier meetings.
