Responsibilities include building Conceptual, Design-Build and Plan-Spec estimates for Plumbing, Piping and HVAC, preparing winning bids, and mentoring junior to mid-level estimators.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in mechanical estimating.
• Extensive Plumbing, Piping and HVAC knowledge.
• Plan & Specifications and Design/Build project experience.

Responsibilities

• Build Conceptual, Design-Build and Plan-Spec Estimates for Plumbing, Piping, and HVAC departments and approve final Estimates
• Build effective, profitable winning bids for upcoming projects
• Mentor Jr/Mid-Level Plumbing, Piping and HVAC Estimators
