Qualifications

• 7+ years of mechanical estimating experience.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specs.
• Strong knowledge of construction costs, materials, and labor.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates and bids for mechanical projects
• Estimate HVAC, process piping, plumbing, and related systems
• Review drawings, specifications, scopes, and subcontractor proposals
• Perform quantity takeoffs and develop labor/material costs
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing
• Collaborate with project management, engineering, and operations teams
