Orion Placement is seeking a Mechanical Estimator to lead the estimating and preconstruction strategy for commercial construction projects. With 5+ years of experience, you will manage high-impact budgets, bids, and constructability reviews while building strong relationships with clients and trade partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience required.
• 2+ years leading bidding, budgeting, estimating, or preconstruction preferred.
• Experience managing mechanical trade estimates and bid packages.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical trade estimating and preconstruction activities.
• Develop detailed estimates throughout multiple design phases.
• Coordinate mechanical scopes with other construction divisions.
• Build productive relationships with trade partners and clients.
• Provide guidance and coaching to developing team members.
