Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or closely related field from an accredited program.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant mechanical engineering experience, preferably in power/energy projects.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to influence across teams.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and performs tasks to meet project objectives and Vistra goals.
• Lead interpretation and analysis of complex issues related to the Power Uprate Project.
• Coordinate assigned projects, studies, and initiatives through to completion with safety compliance.
• Prepare and present reports with recommendations to resolve complex issues.
• Lead or participate in special projects and committees, including external organizations.
