Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer with PE for a Hybrid role in Florida. Lead mechanical design of complex building systems for commercial, healthcare, and other markets. Requires ABET-accredited degree, PE license, and 8–10+ years in MEP/engineering consulting.

Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential. The role includes coordinating with architecture and other disciplines, supporting BD activities, and contributing to LEED-related projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (ABET-accredited).
• PE license required.
• 8–10+ years with MEP/engineering consulting.
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience with commercial, healthcare, and other large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design efforts for complex building systems.
• Coordinate HVAC design with architecture, structure, and other disciplines.
• Prepare engineering design calculations and narratives; review layouts.
• Support business development through RFPs and client liaison.
• Engage in sustainability initiatives and LEED processes.
