Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of mechanical design experience in regulated industry (or 7+ years with Master's).
• Proficient in SolidWorks and GD&T principles.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct mechanical design for complex components and subsystems using advanced engineering principles.
• Create and validate 3D models, drawings, and specifications in GD&T.
• Develop and execute test protocols; analyze results and suggest improvements.
• Lead design reviews and resolve complex issues.
• Perform verification and validation testing documentation.
• Prepare technical docs, proposals, and cost estimates for planning.
• Collaborate across functions and with external partners to ensure timely delivery.
• Apply FBS tools to optimize design processes and product quality.
