Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Lead Mechanical Engineer to design and lead a team responsible for mechanical and electro-mechanical components across renewable energy, microgrid, EV charging, crypto mining, and data-center markets.

You will guide the design engineering team, aligning activities with project timelines, mentoring designers and engineers, and ensuring products are manufacturable and serviceable. Strong CAD skills and energy-industry experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of experience; 10 years preferred in product design.
• Proficiency with 2D/3D CAD software (Inventor, CATIA, SolidWorks, Creo).
• Experience with structural enclosures, mechanical assemblies, HVAC, piping, and energy devices.
• Experience leading teams and coaching engineers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of the engineering team.
• Provide coaching and development opportunities.
• Develop design scope and timelines for engineering projects.
• Meet project requirements and timelines.
• Create and update design standards and documentation.
• Support design of mechanical components and sub-systems for power/low voltage products.
• Perform complex design calculations and ensure compliance with standards.
• Interact with cross-functional teams regularly.
• Produce 2D prints and 3D models at system level.
• Manage Bills of Materials and Change Notices.
