The role emphasizes technical excellence, leadership, and the ability to manage complex designs from concept through construction while leveraging in-house cross-disciplinary coordination opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree in area of expertise required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 10+ years of experience in A/E environment.
• Demonstrated success in managing projects.
• Engineering expertise in field and knowledge of parallel fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project in all facets by interfacing with clients and managing the project team and schedule.
• Supervise staff’s day-to-day responsibilities and mentor staff in technical knowledge and career development.
• Oversee concept to construction completion and coordinate with multiple other disciplines.
