Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ design experience as a registered engineer.
• Experience with complex institutional projects.
• LEED experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop HVAC and plumbing system designs for projects.
• Provide engineering design and planning for mechanical systems.
• Perform Load/Energy calculations with relevant software.
• Conduct surveys and documentation of existing systems.
• Prepare detailed design documents and reports.
• Complete code compliance research and coordinate with other disciplines.
• Provide construction administration services.
• Oversee junior engineers and lead project teams.
