Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an ABET-accredited institution eligible for licensure.

• Experience with AutoCAD and Revit for projects over 50,000 square feet.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design development for piping, plumbing, HVAC, and exhaust systems.
• Review and stamp mechanical engineering drawings ensuring compliance.
• Perform HVAC load calculations and fluid flow assessments.
• Coordinate BIM clash detection and resolve design conflicts.
