Qualifications

• Capital project management up to $5M.
• Autodesk Inventor 3D modeling.
• Machine FAT and commissioning.
• Heavy industrial plant engineering.
• Bill of Materials management.
• External contractor management.

Responsibilities

• Provide mechanical expertise across single or multiple plant areas.
• Lead continuous improvement and corrective action activities & projects.
• Provide technical support to internal customers.
• Project management such as new machine installations, upgrades, etc.
• Analyze project requirements and address design and engineering challenges.
• Oversee project workflow and coordinate resources for on-time delivery.
• Ensure safety objectives and legal requirements are observed.
• Monitor and evaluate performance of systems and processes for improvements.
• Act as mechanical lead on projects through design, fabrication, testing, and commissioning.
• Create designs to meet scope, BOM, and spare part requirements; work with vendors.
