Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Mechanical, Architectural or Chemical Engineering, or Engineering Technology or related discipline.
• EIT/FE exam or certification within 18 months of hire.
• 5 years of related experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and/or internationally.

Responsibilities

• Design HVAC and plumbing systems, including master planning, feasibility studies, and mechanical systems such as cogeneration.
• Review designs for compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Conduct site reviews to ensure alignment with location requirements and update design requirements as needed.
• Develop technical knowledge outputs (white papers, design docs) and pursue publication.
• Attend conferences and collaborate with sales to maximize outreach.
• Mentor junior staff and supervise project work to ensure quality and leadership development.
• Perform other duties as required.
