Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Architectural or Chemical Engineering, or Engineering Technology or related discipline.
Certification as an Engineer in Training (EIT) or passing the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam in states where an EIT is not obtainable (within 18 months of hire or promotion or transfer).
5 years of related experience.
Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

Designing and developing HVAC and plumbing systems, including master planning, feasibility studies, and mechanical systems such as co‑generation.
Reviewing draft designs for compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Performing site reviews and studies to ensure designs align with location specifications.
Contributing to Technical Knowledge Management with white papers and technical design documentation.
Attending industry conferences and collaborating with sales teams to maximize outreach.
Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff and supervising project work.
