Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, be a Registered Professional Engineer, and have at least 7 years of experience in the HVAC sector. This position promotes leadership within a collaborative environment aimed at delivering exceptional engineering solutions.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 7+ years of experience in the commercial/industrial HVAC field.
• Experience in the design and development of mechanical and plumbing system layouts.
• Ability to take on additional responsibilities and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, negotiate, and maintain engineering scope for projects.
• Perform detailed load calculations and life-cycle cost analysis.
• Coordinate mechanical requirements with architects and other engineers.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to convey technical requirements in fundamental terms

Proficient with MS Office

Understanding of mechanical system costs

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Preferably Mechanical Engineering)
