The incumbent collaborates with Senior/Principal Engineers to develop solutions, provides direction to Designers and CAD Operators, and ensures timely, on-budget delivery of high-quality engineering work.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical engineering design and analysis.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs technical activities on assigned projects and follows discipline policies.
• Provides production direction to Designers and CAD Operators.
• Contributes to proposals, schedules, and cost estimates for projects.
• Mentors junior staff and coordinates with Project Managers and other disciplines.
