Job summary

Qualifications

  • BSME/MSME with 7+ years experience in mechanical product design in medical devices or equivalent high-reliability industries.
  • Experience designing electromechanical medical devices from concept through production.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain medical device platforms for blood component separation.
  • Lead cross-functional technical discussions and ensure design control processes are followed.
  • Translate user requirements into reliable, low-cost product designs and launch products to market.
  • Perform GD&T and assembly/component tolerance analyses.
  • Document requirements, specs, tests, and risk analyses throughout the project life cycle.
  • Support manufacturing operations, line layout, fixturing, and test strategies.
