Job summary

McKinstry is seeking a Senior Associate Engineer - Mechanical to join the Engineering and Design division in Missoula, MT. You will lead multi‑discipline engineering efforts, optimize HVAC and energy systems, and drive successful delivery across project phases.

The role requires a PE license, 10+ years of design experience, and strong collaboration with internal and external partners. Onsite work and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and PE licensed.
• Experience leading engineering efforts on multi-discipline projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and energy conservation measures.

Responsibilities
