Job summary

A global technology company is hiring a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead mechanical design for advanced cryogenic assemblies. This role focuses on hands-on prototyping and complex assemblies. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of mechanical engineering experience, solid CAD skills in Creo or SolidWorks, and a strong background in thermodynamics and fluid dynamics. Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in mechanical engineering, ideally with cryogenic systems, HVAC, vacuum, or compressor technology.
• Solid background in thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and heat transfer principles.
• Strong CAD skills — Creo or SolidWorks required.
• Comfortable working hands-on in lab environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design and prototyping for advanced cryogenic assemblies.
• Own full design-for-manufacture (DFM) workflows.
• Drive root cause analysis and implement solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to launch new products.
• Guide projects from concept to production release.
