Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, mechanical design, or value engineering required.
• Strong understanding of CNC machining, sheet metal, sand castings, and associated tooling constraints.
• 3+ years of experience with SolidWorks required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and execute cost-reduction initiatives.
• Redesign mechanical parts and assemblies using SolidWorks.
• Work directly with vendors to evaluate manufacturing capabilities.
