Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Advanced experience with Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA).
• Proficient in 3D modeling and drawing creation in Creo, including GD&T and tolerance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis, qualification, and acceptance testing on components and structures.
• Lead design activities, ensuring technical integrity and compliance with program requirements.
• Conduct laboratory testing activities in support of Engineering Change Proposals.
