Job summary

DuBois & King, Inc. is hiring a Mechanical Engineer with 5–10 years of experience to contribute to the Building Services division in Bangor, Maine. The role focuses on developing HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems, and related building works.

The candidate will design and review CAD works, prepare reports, and develop specifications while collaborating in a fast-paced team environment. PE in Maine or the ability to obtain within 6 months is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience.
• PE in Maine or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Design and review CAD works.
• Preparation of reports.
• Specification development and review.
• Ability to work within a fast-paced, team-oriented workplace.
• Experience with site development, buildings, HVAC and electrical process and controls is a plus.
• Completing and checking engineering calculations.
• Advancement opportunities commensurate with education and experience.
