Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation seeks a Mechanical Engineer III to lead design and development of advanced mechanical systems for aerospace and defense. You will perform analyses, develop test plans, and ensure successful integration across multidisciplinary teams while mentoring junior engineers.

The role requires a bachelor’s in engineering, 6+ years of experience, CAD/CAE proficiency, and eligibility to obtain a U.S. Secret security clearance. Hybrid office environment in Colorado.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of mechanical engineering experience.
• Advanced CAD/CAE proficiency.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities
