In this position, you will be responsible for the development and launch of residential geothermal products to meet regulatory requirements and customer requirements. In addition to these product responsibilities, you will manage the efforts and outputs of product development teams around you to improve the development of work standards, design guides, and knowledge‑sharing. The ideal candidate will have experience in HVAC product design and development. Knowledge of HVAC systems and components such as compressors, heat exchangers, blower systems, control systems, and other related components is desired.
In this role, you will interface with product development engineers and designers. You will also be collaborating with members from other functional groups such as Marketing, Manufacturing, Quality, Sourcing, Suppliers, and Advanced Technology Development.
The candidate will have responsibility for the following in addition to ad hoc assignments.
